After each new device is launched as a prototype, it needs to go through multiple batches of trial production. During the product trial production process, project team members, production personnel, quality inspection personnel, and after-sales service personnel closely cooperate and strictly follow the management process of ISO9000. All performance indicators of the product during factory inspection meet the requirements of enterprise standards, and it runs stably and reliably at the user's site. The key issues during the product trial production process are summarized as follows:

Material and component selection, certification

In the process of product manufacturing, the quality of raw materials is an important factor that determines the functionality, stability, and reliability of the product. The selection of each material or component must go through three certification processes.

Firstly, it is necessary to confirm that the technical parameters of the components meet the design requirements, and conduct tests under extreme conditions such as high and low temperature, high humidity, and vibration in the laboratory environment, as well as simulated on-site high volume functional tests.

Secondly, a comprehensive investigation should be conducted on the production level, production conditions, supply capacity, quality control, and other aspects of component suppliers to ensure stable quality and sufficient supply of components.

The final product was actually run on the operator's network and tested in the on-site environment. The certification process for the components has just been completed.

Production process

The hardware of the device adopts ultra large scale integrated circuits and other electronic components, manufactured and installed on multiple multi-layer printed circuit boards, and installed in the chassis.

The production line is equipped with aging equipment, plugins, assembly production lines, wave soldering machines, reflow soldering machines, ultrasonic cleaning machines, lead wire cutting machines, various debugging and measuring instruments, as well as process equipment, special tools, etc. And anti-static facilities have been purchased, anti-static regulations have been formulated, and after trial production, it has been proven that the tooling, equipment, and instruments meet the needs of mass production capacity. The quality of the finished products is stable and reliable, and all technical indicators meet the requirements of the enterprise standard.

In order to meet the requirements of mass production and quality assurance, product designers directly participate in trial production and related technical improvements, solve some technical problems that arise during mass production, improve debugging processes, and enhance work efficiency. In order to control the quality of products within the expected range during the production process, detailed design documents, process documents, and enterprise standards have been prepared and passed the standardization review, thus possessing the technical preparation conditions for large-scale production.

Factory quality inspection

Quality inspection is the key to ensuring product quality. One of the means of ensuring product quality is testing instruments.

The company has also invested heavily in instrumentation, such as Tektronix's TLA600 series logic analyzer, TDS5000 series high sampling rate multi-channel oscilloscope, SmartBit600 network testing instrument, HU25C voice channel analyzer, etc. These investments have effectively ensured the quality and stability of the product.

In addition, each prototype of the equipment undergoes testing by the technical department's pilot team before being released. The pilot team uses various testing instruments to test various interface indicators. And dedicated developers have been invested in developing an automatic testing system to conduct large-scale traffic testing, and rigorously test each function to ensure that every software and hardware function undergoes strict testing under strict conditions.

After the formal formation of the product, all outgoing products will be handed over to the production quality department for maximum capacity simulation testing and high-temperature aging process, ensuring that each product undergoes strict testing conditions before leaving the factory.
